Scope Of Work

Edifice was the Prime Contractor for a construction renovation project at the J. Edgar Hoover Building for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The renovation was completed in phases to keep at least one Men’s and Women’s Locker Room open during the construction period. The project involved upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, as well as replacing all architectural finishes. Throughout this project, Edifice demonstrated an understanding of the sensitive nature of the agency’s mission, and the challenges of working in an occupied facility that has stringent security requirements.
