Scope Of Work
Xavier College Preparatory is a multi-faceted new construction project including the Chapel of Our Lady, Founders Hall and a complete sports facility. The chapel seats 350 people and is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. Founders Hall accommodates over 1,200 people with theatrical lighting, sound, and video. The hall includes a commercial kitchen, classrooms, administrative offices, and a video and photography studio. The sports facility consists of an artificial turf soccer, lacrosse, and softball stadium. The estimated cost of the project is $18,000,000
