Scope Of Work
Known for many years as Metro Ford of Lansing, Ford Corporate ultimately guided the sale and ownership of this store from metropolitan Lansing to the bedroom community of Grand Ledge, MI. Many months of due diligence were required to bring previously-unavailable utilities (sewer, water and gas) to this site, all of which Wieland was instrumental in successfully providing.
Now known as Grand Ledge Ford, the dealership is strategically located amidst a row of other dealerships on West Saginaw Highway. With over 32,000 SF, Grand Ledge Ford is one of Mid-Michigan’s largest Ford dealers.
Dominic Sebastiani, a Regional Manager for Ford Land, stated: “This project required considerable changes to produce an operational facility and meet the stringent demands by the local governing authorities. Wieland met all of the challenges.”
