Scope Of Work
PCS, Inc. was contracted by Arriba Corporation | MEB Contractors to handle interior demolition and asbestos abatement within Building 220 at Washington Navy Yard. Our team removed and disposed of ACM setting bed, VAT and associated mastic throughout the first floor of the facility. The demolition included removal of block walls, openings for new windows, exterior walls, ceilings, floors and door frames. The project was phased over a span of approximately one year between March 2011 and April 2012
