Scope Of Work
PCS, Inc. was contracted by Poole Anderson Construction to completely gut the interior of a 6-story building along with a partial building tear down at the Furlow Building in downtown Harrisburg, PA. The building had been vacant for nearly 25 years until a developer purchased the building to make apartments and condominiums for the surrounding community. PCS, Inc. demolished all contents floor by floor with 100% tie off and fall protection due to the deteriorated conditions within the building.
