Scope Of Work
Work at the Howard Manor Apartments in Arlington, Virginia consisted of selective demolition and minor asbestos abatement services in 85 separate apartment units. The majority of existing finishes were removed from units along with the balcony systems on all 5 stories of the building. Work was completed with an average crew size of 15, multiple bobcats and a 60’ all-terrain pettibone.
