Scope Of Work
PCS, Inc. was contracted by Serfass Construction Company, Inc. (Allentown, PA) to remove the concrete stucco façade from the southern side of the 1 Virginia Avenue Condominium complex in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Chipping hammers were utilized to remove the stucco from the exterior of the building.
