Scope Of Work
With an emphasis on imaging, neurosciences, cancer care cancer research, the eight level 240,000 sf Medicine Research Translation Building the 225,000 sf new Bed Tower will enable scientists physicians to work together to advance cancer research. The Velez Organization is providing outreach & compliance for the project, working closely with the CM, the University, the SUCF to maximize opportunities for MWBE contractors suppliers. Special characteristics to the project include its location, a Project Labor Agreement, a phased design construction schedule with five prime contractors completing the work.
