Scope Of Work
The Velez Organization is providing construction management services for the new construction of Segment Three of the Hudson Park Trust Esplanade. The Velez Organization, in association with Turner Construction, represents the Hudson Park Trust to complete Segment Three of the development of the Hudson Esplanade. The design emphasizes the environment, active recreation small boating opportunities. It also focuses on the Hudson itself. Among its features will be:
**The complete reconstruction of Pier 25 located between approximately Franklin N. Moore Streets.
**The complete reconstruction of Pier 26 located between approximately N. Moore Hubert Streets.
**The construction of the upland park and public esplanade, including a habitat planting zone, lawns, seating areas, overlooks, a skate park, a mini golf course, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and other active and passive recreation opportunities.
