Scope Of Work
Velez Organization completed the installation of a high-technology laboratory for Columbia University inside the existing Havemeyer Hall building on the main campus. Additionally, Velez served as an on-call Construction Manager for Columbia University for a two-year contract period. Contract services included feasibility studies, estimating, budgeting, design review, scheduling, bid award to construction completion.
