Scope Of Work
The Velez Organization provided owners representative services for the construction of the Bronx campus of Boricua College. Boricua College’s decision to develop a new campus in the Bronx was a historic one for the institution. The new, 12,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art campus building is fourteen floors tall houses office space for academic, administrative student services. Moreover, the project includes a 2,200 square feet museum cultural center, a 350 seat theatre/auditorium, two computer two science labs, small colloquium classrooms, larger classroom, library reading rooms, film, dance, art physical development workshop rooms.
Velez assisted Boricua with overall construction management occupancy coordination, as well as budgeting as it relates to furniture, fixtures equipment.
