Scope Of Work
The Motor House building was originally Baltimores first car dealership for a growing car company. Fast-forward to our present day and the building, is home to artist studios and performance spaces.
The first floor is the public venue, with a cafe, performance space, and a public gallery area in the main entrance. The second floor has been transformed to studios, and the third floor is a hub for many non- profit organizations to come together in a collaborative vwrk space.
