Scope Of Work

Chigosi served as prime contractor for design and construction of a pole barn storage building and containment area for VA National Cemetery in Santa Nella, CA.
 

Design, fabrication, and installation of concrete foundation and pre-engineered metal plate connected wood truss system. Fabrication included truss system, all metal walls and roof. Carpentry activities included framing, metal walls and roofing installation. Masonry work included concrete slab and driveway, installation of concrete blocks, and bollards. Earthwork included, clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill, and grading and compacting.
 

Construction specialties used on this project included carpentry, metal fabricators and framers, concrete and masonry specialists, painters, and heavy equipment operators (excavation and backfill and heavy forklift).
