Chigosi was prime contractor for a major renovation of a 100,000+ SF facility for San Diego Community College.
Scope of work included survey, over-excavation, irrigation system installation with 3 “ water mainline soil import, top soil and sports turf installation, Construction specialties used on this project included landscaping and irrigation, carpentry, fence, concrete and masonry specialists, and heavy equipment operators (excavation, grading, drilling, trenching).
