Scope Of Work
Epic was selected to provide Construction Manager/ General Contractor Services for the new Restaurant and Cooking School in the renovated Carriage House on the Natirar Estate in Peapack- Gladstone, NJ.
The 13,500 sf, two story building with a basement, features a Bar and Lounge, Dining Room, Cognac Room, Wine Cellar and Hand-On Cooking Laboratory. The historic features of original Carriage house were restored during the renovation and the new interior finishes feature reclaimed lumber and brick in keeping with the original design. This project was completed June, 2010.
