Ground up, new construction  associated site work for a 8-story, 110,407 sq. ft. hotel  Avion Park.  178-key hotel includes 51-suites  features higher end finishes. Standard features include an outdoor salt-water pool, fitness center, Food+Beverage, 24-hour business store, and sundry/convenience story. With 2,820 sq. ft.  flexible meeting space,  hotel can accomodate meetings  social events.  block & plank hotel has metal stud  infill exterior walls  shares a surface parking lot with  parking garage with neighboring hotels in Avion Park.
