Pathfinder Bank desired a second location in Onondaga County and wanted a presence in the downtown Syracuse market place. They decided Pike Block, an urban mixed-use redevelopment project in the heart of downtown Syracuse, was the perfect fit.

Upon lease execution with VIP Structures’ development team in 2013, Pathfinder Bank hired our architectural team to design their space. Working with interior designer Krista Taskey, owner of Design Specialists, Inc., our architects crafted a modern aesthetic that played off of Pike Block’s historic charm. Our construction team executed the plan, delivering a truly remarkable space and providing Pathfinder’s clients with a space that drew a positive reaction upon walking through the door.
Pathfinder, headquartered in Oswego, NY, is a full-service bank with more than 100 employees.
