Scope Of Work
Indiana Limestone façade was restituted to original, symmetrical composition. 13” limestone masonry blocks were peeled off and veneered, windows and doors resized to reverse unskillful renovation. Stone curved ornaments applied as well as hand crafted wrought iron railings .New mahogany windows and doors at front, steel windows at rear façade and penthouse. New electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler systems and elevator. New circle staircase, custom white marble cabinetry and bathroom claddings.
