H.T. Hackney is a national wholesale distributor of food products for grocery store chains. This distribution facility in Orangeburg is one of 30 similar centers across the country. Project scope included 5,500 sf administrative office space and a 13,000 sf freezer/cooler in addition to the dry storage warehouse.
