Scope Of Work

Founded in 1934 with global headquarters in Sindelfingen Germany, Bitzer is a world leader in the production of compressors and pressure vessels for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. The new US facility significantly increases the company’s presence in Georgia to accommodate growing market demand and will be used for assembly and distribution of new product and includes 12,000 sf of new administrative office space. Construction began with a ground-breaking ceremony in March 2012 and the project was completed ahead of schedule. Building walls are concrete tilt panels with a brick veneer facade as required by the development covenants, and a removable expansion wall for future growth. Daylighting is achieved with skylights and clerestory windows.
