Baketech Technology Systems Inc. manufacturers and distributes high speed bakery equipment including dough mixing, dividing, make-up, proofing, baking, cooling and packaging. Pattillo Construction Corp. was the Design-Build Contractor for this project. Warehouse daylighting was accomplished using prismatic skylights and clerestory windows in the wall panels.
