Scope Of Work

Women & Babies Hospital is a 95-bed specialty hospital and adjoining outpatient center focused on the healthcare needs of women at every stage of life and their newborn babies. The 120,000 square foot hospital essentially combines four one and two-story buildings to form one main facility. The hospital features 10 labor and delivery rooms, 38 postpartum suites, operating rooms, a 5 bed PACU, and a 20 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Also included are 14 gynecological suites, a center for mammography services, educational facilities, a chapel, gift shop, snack shop, children’s play area and several court yards.
The adjacent 48,000 square foot medical office building was designed to support the doctors and services within the Women and Babies Hospital. Many OBGYN offices that serve the patients at the hospital and health center relocated their offices to this new three story office building.
