Scope Of Work
A complete interior overhaul of the existing three-story Ben Franklin South Residence Hall at Franklin and Marshall College, this project included removal of all built-in furniture, complete bathroom renovations, upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and updated finishes throughout the 110 room, 40,000 square foot dormitory. Work was completed over a short 11-week, summer break while the building, was not occupied. Plans are in place to continue implementing similar renovations to other buildings each summer.
