Scope Of Work

This project challenged Warfel to convert over 7,200 square feet of a former industrial floor area (formerly machine shop) into a polished and sophisticated retail space, creating a new home for Brent L. Miller Jewelers.

The interior of the building was completely demolished and restructured into the new sales floor, featuring an exposed ceiling structure and modern lighting features. In addition to the interior space, the exterior façade was entirely resurfaced. The building’s gem is the new 320 square foot multi-faceted vestibule, constructed of glass and aluminum.
