Scope Of Work

Due to our ability to meet the timeline and provide a quality modular space solution on the GSA Schedule, we were awarded the project. Since the project was on a federal installation, all subcontractors had to be cleared by the base before proceeding to the site for the duration of the project. To ensure security guidelines and site regulations were met, we closely coordinated with and managed the scheduling of all the subcontractors. Within weeks, WillScot and the overall project team delivered and installed (2) 14-unit Redi-Plex complexes with combined total dimensions of 120’x 168’. The two complexes were installed back-to-back and connected by two site-built corridors.

The facility’s interior features a large open cubicle office area, private offices, modular conference rooms and a large kitchen area that was built on-site. Also, the exterior included pre-cast concrete steps and a ramp with steel hand rails. To accommodate the anti-terrorism force protection requirements, blast protection windows, a “Fire Alarm Mass Notification System” and HVAC snorkels were incorporated into the facility.
