Because of our local presence in the area, the Baltimore Office of Promotions and the Arts reached out to us for their modular needs during Light City’s illuminating downtown presence. A month before delivery one of our account executives attended a logistics meeting at the Baltimore City Police HQ to ensure all participants were on the same page. Within a few short weeks, two, four steel storage containers were delivered to Rash Field, a strategic location in the city’s Inner Harbor, to add that necessary operating space that helped make Light City Baltimore a success. In addition to that space, we also furnished five of the units with our basic 360 Service furniture package (one less call and task for the event committee to deal with) and added on steps and security screens to keep everything safe and secure.

Although the duration is usually short, temporary office and storage space is critical to the success of any event. It doesn’t matter if it is a city wide festival, the big game, concerts, races or tournaments; our modular solutions are an event organizer’s BFFs. We are dependable, responsive and our products can quickly move directly into an event’s epicenter – and neatly disappear when all of the hoopla is in the history books. No muss. No fuss.
