Scope Of Work
A home built in 1890 in College Terrace, Palo Alto. The second floor burned in the 30's and stucco was applied over the original siding. The discovery process unveiled rotted structure, asbestos in all the plaster walls, an inferior stucco application, and a failing foundation. All new siding, foundation, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and interior finishes are in process.
