Scope Of Work
Federal Home Loan Bank purchased the 909 Locust property in 2017 and partnered with Graham Construction to perform the large renovation project. This project has a quick turn-around time based on the Federal Home Loan Bank’s need for new office space at this location. The building is comprised of 6 floors, with approximately 34,500 SF on floor 1 & 2, and 36,000 SF on floors 3 through 6. Federal Home Loan Bank will be renovating approximately 50% of the 4th floor and the entirety of floors 5 and 6. In addition to renovation of the Federal Home Loan Bank’s own office space on floors 4-6, there will also be a complete renovation of 1st floor, as well as exterior site improvements.
Graham Construction was the original builder and has done all maintenance/remodel work the building opened in 1997. Graham has also performed all the tenant improvement work that has taken place within the building its purchase by Federal Home Loan Bank.
