Scope Of Work
The relationship between Broadlawns Medical Center and Graham Construction started in 2009 and has continued with multiple projects including a multi-phased Inpatient Behavioral Health Renovation and several clinic projects.
Broadlawns Medical Center and Graham Construction have teamed together in 2015 to build a 72,000 square foot, four story medical office building. The clinic with associated sitework was erected on the eastern portion of the Broadlawns campus in February of 2017. This new state-of-the-art facility includes a new Family Health Center, Outpatient Behavioral Health services, and expanded the Dental Clinic to twenty-two chairs. The new clinic space enables Broadlawns to more Polk families. The building has one and one-half floors of shell space to allow for growth on campus and flexibility to adapt to Broadlawns’ future needs.
