Scope Of Work
The rehabilitation and redevelopment of the concourse level at One New York Plaza, a building that suffered extensive damage during Super Storm Sandy, included construction of a 20,000 square foot public corridor, as well as 90,000 square feet of white-box space for 12 individual retailers--one of which will be an anchor restaurant--and a fitness center.
Infrastructure upgrades included new MEP systems, vertical transportation and public entrances. The project required careful planning and coordination because of the building’s proximity to an adjacent MTA station and the Staten Island Ferry Terminal.
