The Paddocks project consists of site work and a newly constructed single story, 6,600 square foot Medical Office Building on a 1.0 acre site. Meridian Development collaborated with the owner/physician and to complete the interior finish of this medical office in conjunction with the construction of the one-story medical office building in the Paddocks Professional Park.
The work included submission of plans and procurement of necessary construction permits, value engineering, material and system analysis, budgeting, subcontractor qualification and selection, site supervision, code compliance inspection and project closeout. The Medical Clinic consists of nurse stations, two labs and nineteen Patient exam rooms. In addition Meridian Development was responsible for interfacing with various state and regulatory inspectors to insure compliance before granting of occupancy and operational certificates.
