Interior build out with exterior and site renovations for an existing two-story building. The first floor of this building includes an 8,253 square foot ambulatory surgery center, consisting of three (3) ORs, four (4) Private Post-Op rooms, one (1) Post-Op and five (5) Pre-Op bays. Also included are Clean and Soil Rooms, Medical Gases, Standby Emergency Generator, nurse-station and nutrition station.
The second-floor renovation consists of an 8,253 square foot medical clinic including eight (8) exam rooms, procedure and ultra sound rooms, expansive waiting room and support staff administration areas.
Additional services included site renovation for additional parking, milling and resurfacing the parking lot and extensive landscape renovation.
