Project consists of site work and a newly constructed two-story, 20,000 square foot Medical Office Building on a 1.60 Acre site having two separate Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) and Medical Clinic finish packages including the following:
Two Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC) with new MEP’s, Lead Shielding, Medical Gases, Standby Emergency Generator, a total of three operating rooms, Clean and Soil Rooms, four private Post Op rooms, four Pre-Op stations, four Post-Op stations, nutrition stations and multiple nurse stations.
Two Medical Clinics with multiple Procedure rooms, X-Ray Room, Physical Therapy Rooms, Lab, multiple nurse stations and thirteen patient exam rooms
