- Remove existing partition walls, wall base, casework and doors
- Remove existing door, frame, jamb and thresholds
- Remove stair assembly, landings, guardrails and finishes in its entirety
- Remove all existing toilet partitions, accessories, wall tile, floor tile, ceilings
- Cut opening in concrete floor
