Scope Of Work
Rowen is manufacturing and delivering the ready mix concrete for this seven-story building. The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure constructed on a series of foundation spread footing. The building will contain elevated slabs consisting of conventionally reinforced two-way flat slabs.
Rowen is supplying white cement concrete for the decorative columns on the lower level facade.
When complete, 1812 Ashland Avenue will feature laboratory space, office space, and other support spaces for the neighboring Science + Technology Park at Johns Hopkins.
