Scope Of Work
This sustainable urban friendly designed store features 152,000 SF of raised sales floor includes a large two-story entry covered by curtain wall glazing overlooking the city skyline. The store was built over 1100 geopier foundations with conventional spread footings. The structure is composed of precast steel covered by a membrane roof atop. The facility provides plenty of parking with more than 123,000 SF of parking garage space at grade under the store.
