Scope Of Work
The Life Sciences Building, located in the center of a series of science classroom buildings, is a teaching research laboratory that spans 174,000 SF. It features a 25,000 SF vivarium, a lecture hall, office conference rooms, a café, special procedure rooms, laboratory facilities two pedestrian bridges to adjacent buildings, as well as below-grade connections to one of the laboratories a utility tunnel.
