Scope Of Work
Walsh Construction recently completed a nine-story Holiday Inn hotel in the Clinic’s University Circle neighborhood. Walsh effectively managed the site constraints to construct a 274 room hotel in the midst of a large, urban Academic Medical Center. The modern facility includes a glass exterior, features a pool, sauna, fitness room, full-service restaurant lounge with an outdoor patio. The hotel is a post-tensioned concrete structure with architectural precast curtainwall enclosure, deviating from the Holiday Inn brand-standard of wood-framed construction.
