Scope Of Work
New construction of three (3) buildings within the same Cluster of approximately 209, 000 gross square feet. The project consists of 175 residential units, 6 Retail Spaces, ancillary spaces and full roofs Solar Panel Super structures. The buildings are Five and Six stories high, and the main super structure consist of precast concrete plank floors, composite masonry bearing walls and facades, wood piles cast in place concrete grade beams foundation structure.
