Creative Additions Plus derives from a family-owned & operated background. Owner Randy Goltz first got started with his family’s home building & remodeling company at a very young age, and became involved full-time in 1988. Through the family business, Randy remodeled, built, and sold homes and apartments. 

In 2010, Randy created Creative Additions Plus with the aspiration to rebuild what his family once operated, but it has truly evolved into a company of his own.

Randy's favorite part about what he does is the satisfaction of completing a project that results with happy homeowners. Looking back at the completed project and seeing the complete satisfaction of his customers, knowing he took it from start to finish. You can trust that when your project is done, it is really done!
