Scope Of Work
Demo existing basement walls and floor coverings. Installed envirosheet membrane on foundation walls and bolted house down to foundation.
Built and installed Sapele paneling, cabinetry, soffit system and crown.
Built in couches and room dividing louvers.
Reframed stairway to add head room. Installed new Sapele skirtboards, risers and treads.
Installed new Sapele tongue and groove ceilings.
New Sapele louvered doors and jambs.
Custom solid bronze metal handrail with Sapele cap.
