Scope Of Work
Working for the Widmer Brothers we renovated these two historic multi-story brick buildings. On the verge of condemnation, the Widmers’ purchased them for their growing brewery. We spent 5 years bringing the old wood storefronts and wood windows back to life, restoring existing where possible and making and installing new sash and doors to match.
SCOPE OF WORK:
All new beams and sheathing for 2 upper floors.
New footings in basement with steel posts up through existing walls
Steel, plywood diaphragm for seismic upgrade
All new interiors for brewery and offices, wood trim custom milled and finished to period.
