Scope Of Work
2 Buildings- Bld C: 18 floors, 3 stairwells; Bld C: 12 floors, 2 stairwells.
The day after project kick off our shear broke. We turned our own replacement piece (found a used lathe and turned a piece 9.5" diameter, 5.5" high, with multiple cuts) and continued cutting 1/8" sheets to cut stair pans.
Got all staff educated/certified in structural steel: coping requirements for beams, welding certification, etc.
Instituted a QC process with client prior to shipping any items out.
