Lime Rock is acting as the Construction Manager for the Menare Foundation which operates the Button Farm Living History Center in Germantown, MD. Restoration of this farmhouse (circa 1901) will be the first phase of a major capital imrovement plan funded by the State of Maryland and Montgomery County.
