Blackrock Industrial

Rocco is a graduate and BSc in Maritime Studies and Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York.

After fulfilling his commitment as an Officer in the United States Navy, Rocco worked as an Engineer and Manager for Offshore Drilling Units in the Gulf of Mexico for Shell Oil.  In both of these capacities, Rocco became well-versed in leadership, personnel management, and project management in high-risk environments. 

Rocco began his business career as a Regional Owner of REDRHINO Flooring, a National Seamless Flooring Organization throughout the United States.   REDRHINO is a national leader in epoxy flooring, resinous flooring, seamless flooring, and concrete polishing.  While operating the Florida Branch of REDRHINO, he was appointed Chief Operations Officer of the entire national organization.  

After several years, Rocco decided to leave REDRHINO Flooring to start Blackrock Industrial, where he has complete oversight of all operational, financial and quality control systems.  Rocco has implemented the protocols and systems he learned in the military and offshore petroleum industry to help guarantee quality workmanship and efficiencies of our crews.  

Blackrock Industrial is regarded as one of the Nation's Premier Seamless Flooring Contractors and is regularly contracted by companies such as Tyson Foods, Costco, Berkshire Hathaway, Atlanta Braves, Miami Dolphins, Airports, Hospitals, Schools, local municipalities, and many more.

Ms. Acosta specializes in resinous flooring purchasing & project estimating.  With extensive knowledge and experience in the coatings industry, Cindy provides excellent customer service and communication for her clients before, during, and after each project.
