Phyllis Moss has been a part of the organization since the beginning of Moss Designs. For Phyllis, coming out of school with an accounting degree, and seeing that her soon to be husband was an entrepreneur; it was a prefect fit when they started business. Today, Phyllis is proud to handle all administrative roles and also is President of the orgnaization.
Russ Moss took over the organization and trade name of Buckstaff in 2012 after working as an employee for 13 years and subcontracted for multiple years after. His experience in woodworking came from a love for the craft.
Rebecca Moss joined on with Phyllis and Russ in 2015. Over the past few years, she has learned so much about the business enjoys that every day is different.
