The Aubash Group LLC

Margaret Winfield serves as Vice President of The Aubash Group and is focused on certifications and business education development. She has been part of The Aubash Group team since 2018. Margaret is an alumni of Barclay College with a degree in Business Administration. Her favorite part of her role at The Aubash Group is building relationships in the community and partnering with business owners to assess their needs and solve their issues with getting work in the government market. In her spare time, Margaret and her husband can be found traveling, shopping and every once in a while getting to the beach to enjoy the waves.

Toron Smith is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Aubash Group LLC.  Toron is a graduate of The State University of West Georgia where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  As an entrepreneur Toron has started and partnered on several businesses. As a federal contractor, Toron had to figure out the red tape and educated himself on the business of contracting with the government.  He was able to successfully bid on, was awarded and completed many contracts in multiple sectors of the government contracting market.  Toron knows the landscape of winning government contracts from hands-on experience and The Aubash Group is the business model he designed from the inside out.  As CEO of The Aubash Group, Toron is focused on helping small businesses navigate the bureaucratic red tape of certifications, guidelines, and special business requirements it takes to get started.  He uses his education and real world application as a guide to help his clients enter and become successful in the vast government contracting market.

Toron is a former collegiate athlete and has always seen the value of team and partnerships and uses that mindset throughout The Aubash Group Model. Toron enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends while getting as much golf time in as possible.
