Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a complete tear-down of an existing single-story house to the foundation. The existing foundation was enlarged in the front and back and a new two story, 4500 SF foot structure was built. The house has radiant heat on all floors, hydronic air back-up heating systems, a 275 gallon-per-hour indirect hot-water-heater and 400 AMP electric service. Other amenities include body sprays in all showers, brazilian cherry engineered wood floors, 24" porcelain tile, and a gourmet kitchen with a Vikin Range and custom exhaust hood. The exterior is thin brick and cast stone with 5/8" custom wrought iron railings. Pella Designer Series windows with built in shades were used throughout the house. There is Boulder Creek Stone on various interior and exterior walls, and the entire house is wiring with Bose speakers, 7.1 surround sound, internet and HDMI cables for all TV's.
