Scope Of Work

When McDonald’s decided to introduce their “Create Your Taste” initiative they selected a New York City location and Core States. The new customizable burger option was being implemented into one of the oldest McDonald’s in New York City, serving up a host of challenges to bring the building into code and ADA compliance. The scope of the work and extensive nature of the remodel required Core States to be involved daily throughout construction to coordinate cost-effective solutions to unforeseen conditions. When it was all done the food concept was implemented along with McDonald’s standard of 100 percent ADA compliance and the aging building updated to the most recent IBC code; all while controlling costs and schedule to meet the program requirements.
