Scope Of Work
Quadrant Properties Phase V is the renovation of seven buildings and 106 units in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. The improvements were funded through HPD’s Article 8A loan program and included new roofs and windows, extensive masonry repairs, new boilers, and common area upgrades. Construction was completed in late 2014.
